What we collect, why, where it is held and how to get it back. Last updated 21 September 2026.

Project Audit Pro is operated by Supreme Projects Ltd (company number 16971763), England and Wales. If you want anything on this page explained, or you want your data back or deleted, email info@projectauditpro.com.

What we collect

Your account

Your name, your email address, your company name, and a password that is stored only as a hash — we never see it. We keep the date you signed up and the state of your subscription.

What you record in the app

Your projects and everything in them: locations, subcontractors, snags, inspections, non-conformances, fire stopping records, handovers, signatures and photographs. This is your material. We do not read it, mine it, sell it, or use it to train anything.

Technical information

Ordinary server logs — the request, the time, the IP address — kept for security and troubleshooting. The app stores your theme choice and your last open project in your browser so it opens where you left it.

No advertising or analytics trackers

There are no third-party advertising tags, no behavioural analytics and no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to beyond what makes the app work.

Where it is held

Your account and your project data are held in a managed Postgres database and object store operated by Supabase, in the EU region. The site and the app are served by Vercel. Payments are taken by Stripe, who receive your card details directly — we never hold them. Emails the service sends — account confirmation, password reset and team invitations — are delivered by Resend.

Reports are generated on your own device. A PDF, an Excel file or a CSV is produced in your browser from data already there. No register and no site photograph is uploaded anywhere to be turned into a document.

Who else sees it

  • Your colleagues. Everyone on your company account sees the same projects and registers. When an owner invites someone, the name and email address they enter are used to send that one invitation and to set up the colleague's account; an invitation that is not accepted lapses after 14 days.
  • Anyone you send a report to. A PDF you email to a subcontractor is out of our hands.
  • Our processors. Supabase, Vercel, Stripe and Resend, in the roles above, under their own contracts.
  • Nobody else. We do not sell or share your data, and we would only disclose it if the law required it.

How long it is kept

For as long as your account exists. If a subscription ends, nothing is deleted — you can still sign in and export. You can delete your account yourself in the app (Setup → Your account → Delete my account), or ask us to. If you are the last person on the company, its projects go with it and any subscription is cancelled; server logs age out on their own.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how it is used. Two of those you can do yourself at any time, without asking: export any project as a single JSON file, and export any register as Excel or CSV. For the rest, email info@projectauditpro.com. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Children

This is a tool for construction professionals. It is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this page changes materially we will say so in the app. The date at the top is the last time it was revised.
