Terms of use

Plain English, and short. Last updated 14 September 2026.

These terms apply between you and Supreme Projects Ltd (company number 16971763), England and Wales, who operate Project Audit Pro. Using the app means you accept them.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your login, so keep the password to yourself. Give us real details — we use your email to reach you about the account, and it appears on the reports you send. One login is one user; a login shared by a team is not.

Your data stays yours

Everything you put into the app belongs to you. We hold it to run the service for you, and we do not use it for anything else. You can export it at any time. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.

The subscription

Fourteen days free, with every feature on and no card taken. After that it is £19 per user per month or £190 per user per year, taken by Stripe. Monthly subscriptions cancel at the end of the period you have paid for; we do not refund part-months. Prices can change, but not for a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you first.

If a subscription lapses, your data is not deleted. You keep access to export it.

What we will do

Keep the service running and the data safe, tell you about anything that affects it, and answer you when you write. We cannot promise it will never be unavailable — nobody honestly can — but we will not take it away without telling you.

What the app is not

It records; it does not certify.

Project Audit Pro is a tool for recording what you inspected and what you found. It does not carry out inspections, approve work, or discharge any duty you hold under CDM 2015, the Building Safety Act or any contract. The professional judgement stays yours, and so does responsibility for it.

What you agree not to do

  • Use it for anything unlawful, or to store anything you have no right to store.
  • Try to break into it, overload it, or work around the limits of your subscription.
  • Resell access to it, or present it as your own product.

Liability

We are liable for the things the law does not let us exclude. Beyond that, our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profit, lost contracts or lost time. This does not affect any rights you have as a consumer, if you are one.

Ending it

You can stop at any time from your subscription page. We can close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why. Either way, you get the chance to export your data first.

Which law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
