Reports & exports
The paperwork, done before you are back in the van
Every register exports as a branded PDF, an Excel file or a CSV, generated on the device you are holding. Nothing you record passes through somebody else’s service to become a document.

One combined document per subcontractor, one item per page, ready to email.

The plan, every line, the results, the photographs and the signature.
Fire stopping pack
Every penetration with its before and after photographs and system details.
Handover certificate
The gates, the checklist, the outstanding items and both signatures.
Quality summary
Everything a client, a building inspector or an NHBC surveyor asks for, in one document.
The document itself
Branded, dated, and carrying the evidence
A masthead that says whose it is
Your company, the project, its reference and the client on every masthead, and the project details across the footer of every page. Unbranded and undated is how a report turns into a fortnight of email.
Picked from the register you are looking at
Filter the register to what you want to send, then export exactly that. There is no second screen where you choose it all again.

Why it matters
A report is a position, not a printout
The document you send is the one that gets argued with. If it is unbranded, undated, or missing the photograph that proves the point, the argument takes a fortnight. Every export carries the project, the reference, the client, the date and the evidence — which is usually the end of the conversation.
FAQ
Straight answers
Are the reports branded?
Yes — your company, the project, its reference and the client on every masthead, and the project details across the footer of every page.
Where are they generated?
On your own device. No register and no site photograph passes through an outside service to become a PDF.
What formats come out?
PDF for anything you send, Excel and CSV for anything the QS or the client wants to sort, and a print sheet for anything that has to go on paper.
Can I send one trade only their items?
That is what the Issue tab is for: everything outstanding grouped by subcontractor, one combined document per trade, one item per page, out as one email.
